    1、可通過更換工裝實現多種直徑的不銹鋼半圓球自動焊接成圓球。

    2、當半圓球尺寸精度有細微差異時,可根據CCD拍攝的影像自動調節X、Y、Z方向氬弧焊焊槍的位置。

    3、焊槍由鋁合金支架固定,X、Y、Z三個方向由伺服電機及絲桿控制,焊槍支架可以90°自由旋轉,使焊槍能夠在垂直位置和水平位置以及中間任意角度進行調整和固定。

    4、自動焊接模式下,焊槍能夠重復自動定位;手動焊接模式下,焊槍能夠在X、Y、Z方向通過單獨的旋鈕開關進行微調控制,伺服電機有上下限位保護,移動速度可調整。

    5、通過觸摸屏對所有參數進行調節,由PLC程序控制焊機電源的開關、焊槍位置的調整、卡盤轉速以及焊接時間。





    1.The stainless steel semi-circular ball with various diameters can be automatically welded into a round ball by changing the tooling.

    2.When there is a slight difference in the size accuracy of semi-circular ball, the position of argon arc welding torch in x, y and z directions can be automatically adjusted according to the image taken by CCD.

    3.The welding gun is fixed by aluminum alloy bracket. The x, y and z directions are controlled by servo motor and screw rod. The welding gun bracket can rotate freely at 90°to adjust and fix the welding gun in vertical position, horizontal position and any angle in the middle.

    4.In the automatic welding mode, the welding gun can perform the automatic positioning repeatedly; in the manual welding mode, the welding gun can be fine-tuning controlled by a separate knob switch in the x, y, z directions; at the same time, the servo motor has upper and lower limit protection, and the moving speed can be adjusted.

    5.All parameters are adjusted by touch screen. PLC program controls the power switch of welding machine, adjustment of welding torch position, chuck speed and welding time.
